Meet Alexis Russo, DDS

Your Caring Baton Rouge Dentist

Dr. Alexis Russo is excited to join her sister in the practice of Dentistry at the Smile Spa. She has recently moved back to the greater Baton Rouge area after practicing in Shreveport for 10 years. Dr. Alexis worked as an associate for 5 years after dental school before buying her own practice in Haughton, Louisiana, owning that practice for 5 years. She loves all of her patients in North Louisiana but is very happy to be home!

Dr. Alexis graduated from LSU Baton Rouge in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and then went on to graduate from LSU School of Dentistry in 2009. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She enjoys volunteering with Baton Rouge’s Mission of Mercy and Donated Dental Services.

Dr. Alexis is excited to bring some new procedures to the Smile Spa including removable dentures and removable partials. In addition to extractions, bone grafting, root canals, and implants.

She will also provide patients with currently available procedures at the Smile Spa. She is currently enrolled in The Implant Seminar Continuums.

Continuing education is very important to Dr. Alexis and she attends several courses a year to learn new techniques and skills.

Dr. Alexis has two boys Enzo (10) and Eli (8) who are ecstatic to be living close to family. Her family enjoys being outdoors- hunting, fishing, and boating.

Dr. Alexis Russo is happy to call Baton Rouge home again and looks forward to rediscovering all that it has to offer.
